Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson (born November 12th, 1975) is an American model and actress best well-known for her appearance in her role on the American comedy Step by Step where she was one of the daughter Karen Foster of Suzanne Somers the character Carol Foster Lambert. Angela Watson has a Master's degree from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She also is an National Board Certified teacher. She has eleven years of classroom experience, and nearly a decade experience as instructor coach. Angela started this website while she was still a student teacher in the year 2003. Her goal was to provide valuable tips to improve the teaching environment and help teachers to have an optimistic mindset in order to enjoy their jobs. The site was initially called Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers until 2008 which was the year it changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers after her publication. Angela's PD on productivity for professional educators is used in more than 45,000 classrooms through The 40-Hour Workweek program. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour later was expanded in order to encompass instructional coaches, as well as administrators. It helps teachers be more mindful of their contract schedule and their instruction, so they are focused on what matters.
