April Lockhart

April Lockhart, born in 1995 on the 4th of July. She began piano and guitar lessons from seven years old. Her interest in writing songs was ignited. April Lockhart wrote her first track, Different at the age twelve years old. At 14 old, she dedicated an enormous amount of time creating song ideas and perfecting her music. The following years, she took notes with her father in LA as well as NY. The month also saw her include additional topics that were related to of her friends dealing in the area of social pressure and teenage suicide as depicted in the song Take my Hand. Lockhart is a partner at famous Clean Beauty brand Ilia and also is a lifestyle blogger with her own growing following. She admits that she has been through times when she was uncomfortable the way she dressed and showed her arms. She wears what she likes and posts photos of herself wearing the clothes she chooses on social platforms. It's a journey is the most important thing.
